Item Description
11x17" artboard has extremely detailed lead pencil original art depicting The Punisher as a spider monkey, each paw holding (as well as his tail) a blazing gun, bullet casing filling the air. This was published as a variant (1 in 10 copies) by Marvel in Nov. 2008. Art was created by prominent Marvel Comics artist Kaare Andrews and lower left bears his red inkstamp. Bottom margin has penciled title and artist's name. Lower right margin has corner crease, but art remains clean and NM. Comes w/reading copy of the issue this cover art was published for. Jason Taulbee Collection.
