15-5/8x30.75" frame contains attractively triple-matted five-cel production animation cel set-up and original art bkg. issued in 1998 by Warner Bros. Animation Art. Hand-painted cels and bkg. have been matted to 7.5x22.5" and features scene from "The New Batman Adventures" episode "Never Fear," showing partial body of man pointing gun at Batman at left, who appears in four different full body images, showing progression of movement to the right as he leaps across room to escape gunfire. Hand-painted bkg. shows great panoramic nighttime scene in office w/immense window. "Warner Bros. Animation Art Production Art" gold logo at lower right and comes w/their COA which has been signed in black felt tip pen by Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy and Creator/Writer/Producer Paul Dini and Creator/Writer/Producer Alan Burnett. Sticker on back of frame notes original issue price of $800. NM. Rare w/original bkg. Impressive panoramic cel set-up.
