Item Description
1.25" dia. w/no maker's name issued in 1941 to the relatively few readers requesting to become a "U.S. Jones Cadet" and who received a "National Emergency Kit" consisting of this membership button, a decoder and additional membership materials. The various items are detailed in Hake's "Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia." Metal back has lt. trace of surface oxidation and very minor indent 8 o'clock area. Minor trace of surface wear only noticeable upon very close inspection. Front remains totally bright and glossy w/intense color. Fine overall but displays NM. We have only offered six of these in our 51 years. Among the very rarest comic book premium buttons.
