Item Description
1.75" with W&H back paper used only 1898-1900. A large red cross is printed over crossed English and American flags. This was a fraternal order promoting Anglo-American relations founded in Scranton PA in 1871. Couple of pinpoint and 1/16" exceedingly faint dots of age but barely showing. VF. Rare.
