1.5" celluloid with cardboard insert on back plus a straight pin held by a cut-out slot. This style was developed by maker Bastian to conserve metal for the war effort. Front promotes "Seniority" and "Job Security" along with "V" for Victory symbol. Tiny wear around extreme outer edges. Exc.
