1.5" c. 1930s. Has cream painted, as made, metal back that shows some wear. Cello has faint age trace on rim. Against radio microphone background design is woman resting in a high top shoe with, perhaps, a book on her lap. Below are two young black children and text "I Am A Dwarfies Booster." Call letters on mike are "WISJ."
