1-9/16" c. 1942 graphic rwb litho. The Aquatennial was a yearly festival celebrating the regions rivers, lakes, and streams. Depicts soldier, sailor and Marine w/center area done in a V shape to symbolize victory. Few lt. scratches only visible in reflected light, single dot of blue off bottom edge. Exc.
