Item Description
1.25" with Bastian paper first used 1907. Text is "Hello! Little One/I Am At Edward Dotter's 140 E. Main". Santa holds back pack in red mitten while using his other hand to hold a telephone as he speaks into the mouthpiece while at the right a young girl is receiving his call. Between the images are decorations of holly with red berries, a red peppermint stick, a conical paper, perhaps holding popcorn, as well as some candies and fruit. A scarce design (only our fourth since Auction #153) and our first example with this imprint. NM displaying Mint.
