Item Description
Original illustrated box contains 14" long painted pressed steel stake truck w/plated grill and wheel hubs and solid whitewall tires. Tonka, 1963. Box has moderate aging and shows scattered wear in the form of indents/punctures to 3" area on one side and rubs. Box is Fine overall. This white cab/body w/red stakes version was only made by Tonka for one year, 1963. Stakes come off to convert truck to flatbed. Old store stock, roof of cab still has protective wax paper sheet (removed for photo). Moisture was drawn to decal area as stored, one side has a few tiny oxidation spots, other side a bit more. Truck is o/w NM and as nice as they come. Comes w/16-page 1963 Tonka catalog.
