Item Description
9.5x13.25x2.25" deep cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains complete English set by the British Thomson-Houston Co. Ltd. 1954. Choice art appears on both box lid and the insert header. Scattered box wear w/corner tip/edge wear. One lid corner split and thick clear tape repair to left side panel. Lid's main panel has some trace inking above name. VG/Fine. Insert display has a few lt. creases and small tear. VF overall. Set consists of 12 hard plastic bulb shades w/wrap-around decals, complete w/original wiring and European-type plug. This set features six different decal designs including Donald Duck w/Pegleg Pete, Gus Goose and Clara Cluck, Bambi, Dumbo, The Seven Dwarfs and The Three Little Pigs w/The Big Bad Wolf. Two shades have hairline cracks (which do not greatly detract from overall appearance) and set shows typical scattered aging w/some small scattered decal flakes but remains Fine to VF overall.
