Item Description
This is the larger 9" tall size (also produced in smaller 7" size) and is all painted composition head (differing from small figures, which had oilcloth ears), wood body, fabric-covered wire tail complete w/wood tip. Has complete decal on chest. Nifty/Cameo Doll Co. and distributed by Borgfeldt, c. 1931. Figure is all original, w/no restoration and shows typical crazing to face w/.25" surface flake to cheek and back edge of one ear has obvious paint flaking w/.5" surface flake to composition. Minor wear to hands and some wear to wrists and tops of legs at joints. VG overall, but front still displays very nicely. Superb large size figure which is nicely designed and fully poseable.
