Item Description
Sizes from .75" button to 11" long "For Freedom" cap plus matching 15" arm band both likely worn by a volunteer funds solicitor. The other large piece is brass plated cast aluminum 7.5" long with raised semi-circles holding "Nail From First State Capitol Awarded For Patriotic Service In Promotion Of United States Savings Bonds". Reverse "Donated By Macklanburg Duncan Co. Okla City". Hard to date, likely 1940s or 1950s. Another larger piece is 5.75" ribbon badge with double-side gold foil for an Elks convention "Victory And Bond Rally" in Phila. 1945. Smaller items include three cloth covered bar pins, 14 buttons, two celluloids worn with straight pins, and eight "U.S. Defense Agent/U. S. Treasury Merit Award" badges with most tops identical but with wide variety of "Honor" and "Award" bars including three showing ship, tank or war plane.  Row 5 last two buttons have some wear but Fine. Others largely VF to Exc.
