Included are: "Pennsylvania" hanger suspending a keystone shaped "Knox" hanger at center and 2" brass frame w/highly domed real photo portrait (background ribbon has minor fraying, a spot of missing paint on the "N" of "Knox" and overall light wear, Extremely Fine); "Knox For President" button (light surface wear, Exc.) and "Pennsylvania's Choice For President Philander C. Knox" sepia toned real photo button w/"Penna. State League Republican Clubs" ribbons attached under spring pin on reverse (text on ribbon has light wear, VF button is NM).
