14x23-3/8" thin cardboard window card for Jan. 21, 1968 concert that took place at The Mosque in Richmond, VA featuring "America's Greatest Blues Singer" Lou Rawls. Large portrait of Rawls at center left surrounded by day-glo red field. Some of Rawls album/song titles - "Lou Rawls Live, Soulin', Love Is A Hurtin(g) Thing" and "Memory Lane" - are listed by his name. Printed by Globe Poster of Baltimore, MD. Window card is evenly aged and shows obvious handling wear w/1" and 1.5" tears along bottom margin, pin holes at corners, pair of 3/8" and 1" tears to top margin and scattered staining to top marquee area. All over handling creases. Back has tape/tape remnants at corners as once displayed, w/some minor surface paper lifts. VG overall. Very rare poster.
