Item Description
13-7/8x21-7/8" thin cardboard window card for Jan. 14, 1953 concert that took place at the State Theatre in Central City, KY featuring The Carter Sisters and Mother Maybelle, "Direct From WSM Grand Ole Opry." Bottom corners feature sponsor ads for Martha White Flour and Martha White Coffee and "Free Flour Given Away" notation. Window card features great photo image of The Carter Sisters w/Mother Maybelle. Printed by Hatch Show Print of Nashville, TN. Poster was once folded into quarters but fold lines are faint and not overly distracting. Horizontal fold line has some surface breaks on back, but these do not affect front's display. Minor corner tip wear. Displays Fine overall. Rare.
