Item Description
1.25". We initially listed this is a 1918 gubernatorial coattail but further research has come to light indicating this is a 1924 Presidential coattail. This portrait of Coolidge is from the presidential campaign and features Alvan Fuller running for Governor and Frederick Gillet running for Congress. A 1/8" cello separation at 4 o'clock on reverse and a less than .25" horizontal surface indentation in black field at 12 o'clock. Both of these minute defects likely occurred during manufacturing. Otherwise only faint surface wear w/high gloss. Exc. An extremely clean example of this rarely offered button.
