Item Description
Two totally different Belgian Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs sand pails are featured in Wengel's "Comic Character Metal Sand Toys" book, this being the larger of the two, standing 4" tall (7.5" tall to top of raised handle). Made in Belgium, 1938. No Disney markings, but art is very Disney-like. Pail features nice wrap-around scene of Snow White w/the Dwarfs outside their cottage, the castle visible in bkg. Sides have evenly aged and rims show just trace wear. Handle has 7/8" sliver of oxidation to edge, o/w pail remains bright, glossy and VF. Rare and first we've offered in our 52 years.
