Item Description
13.5x18.5". Gov. Cox commissions "B. L. Creesy To Be County Treasurer" on this document dated Nov. 16, 1920. Signed "James M. Cox" in fountain pen ink at bottom right. One vertical and seven horizontal folds. Heavy handling and scattered spots of light brown toning. Fine. Very light ink fade but signature remains legible and strong. Comes w/Hake's COA & JSA LOA.
