13-5/8x20" first printing poster for Sept. 9-10, 1966 concerts at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA featuring Quicksilver Messenger Service and Great Society. Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley features profile photo portrait of a Native American named Bear Bull (a member of the Blackfoot Tribe) taken by Edward S. Curtis in 1926. Poster has pin holes at corners and is VF overall.
