Item Description
Pair of first printing posters for concerts headlined by Spirit. BG-233 measures 14x21" and was for May 14-17, 1970 concerts that took place at Fillmore West that also featured Poco and Gypsy. Poster design by David Singer features large kitten looming over tiny Earth. FD-134 measures 13x22-1/8" and was for Aug. 23-25, 1968 concerts that took place at Avalon Ballroom and also featured Sir Douglas Quintet + 2 and Notes from the Underground. Poster design by Stanley Mouse features photo by Arnold Genthe of woman in gown holding up "Spirit" name. Both are NM. Comes with Wolfgang's Vault Certificates of Provenance.
