Item Description
20x27" thin cardboard poster for May 4, 1965 "Caravan Of Stars" concert put on by Dick Clark Productions at the Wichita Lawrence Stadium in Wichita. KS that was headlined by Del Shannon and also featured The Zombies, The Shangri-Las, The Ikettes, Jewel Akens, The Ad Libs, Tommy Roe, Dee Dee Sharp, The Velvelettes, The Larks, Mel Carter, Mike Clifford, Jimmy Soul, The Executives and Don Wayne. Each is featured w/photo and single song title. Top of poster shows obvious wear w/heavy handling creases and 1x4.5" corner piece missing at upper right and two spots of tape staining. 3.25" vertical tape repair to tear at top right. Scattered handling/margin wear w/corner creases and .75" staple pull to Don Wayne's square at lower right. Good/VG overall. Very rare.
