3x4.25" tall w/cardboard insert and horizontal bar pin. 1944. Caricature of FDR w/utilizing the second and third dots of the iconic Morse Code for the letter "V" as his eyes. Almost no surface wear. NM. Only the second example known to us w/the other featuring blue "V" and Morse Code. Massive size, extreme rarity and an outstanding design make this a truly special FDR button.
