1948. Each has "Philadelphia Badge Co." on curl. 9" has traces of rubber cement mounting along outside edges and on cardboard reverse. Otherwise only light surface wear. Displays Exc. 3.5", Hake #64, has moderate surface wear in reflected light. Exc. displaying Mint.
