5.75x11.25" thin paper w/blank back. Striking image at top w/Capitol dome, stars and rays above olive branch framed portrait of Greeley flanked by Lady Justice and Lady Liberty. Ballot lists "Francis W. Bird" for Governor and "William Wirt Warren" for Congress. Tiny 1/8" puncture in field above the "B" in "Bird" otherwise extremely clean. Exc.
