20x27.75" original frame has heavy paint wear. 17.5x25" litho. has "Copyright 1901 By The Hillson Co" at bottom right. Interior scene depicting Admiral Dewey, McKinley and TR in Rough Rider Uniform among other political and military figures all smoking cigars w/text at bottom "Has Stood The Test For Years." Mounted to thin board w/damp stains bottom corners and chips of missing paper at edges. Even age toning throughout. Good. A good candidate for professional conservation. A striking and rarely offered advertising piece.
