Item Description
1.25" without maker's name or back paper likely issued during Franklin Roosevelt's 1932 campaign in anticipation of his victory and the repeal of the prohibition amendment. "Mr. Dry" wears glasses and has a giant red elongated nose. He wears a tuxedo-like suit and battered tall top hat. Center right background has faint 1/16" gray mark under the cello as made. Rare and NM.
