Center design includes officer, small logo of the group plus rear view of car demonstrating use of "Diamond Signals" safety reflectors. Text a bit off-center. Reverse has 1/16" and .25" splits along collet, but no detectable edge bumps. No back paper but very likely made by Brunt, San Francisco. Only second seen. Rare. High gloss and great color. Exc.
