Item Description
Pair of 10x12" animation sheets featuring pencil original art w/colored pencil accents from 1939 Silly Symphony featuring caricatures of many Hollywood celebrities of the day. Art shows the Marx Bros. as "The Fiddlers Three." Drawing No. 23A with 6x6.25" image features Harpo and Chico Marx, Harpo riding Chico, who carries violin and bow in hands. Drawing No. 123A has 4.75x5.25" image and shows Groucho Marx w/violin and bow tucked under his arm, his other hand placing Groucho's trademark cigar in his mouth. Both have some scattered production notes by art and at margins. Sheets have lt. aging/handling but are clean w/Exc. art.
