Item Description
6.75". Silk. Slogan at top "Hold The Fort" and jugate design featuring draped American flags and a soaring eagle in the clouds make this single day event ribbon a truly special 1876 artifact. Scattered toning most notably a light brown stain at top left affecting the "D" in "Hold" and one just right of the "S" in "Hayes." Fine. Rarely offered and among the most desirable Hayes ribbons.
