25.5x29.5" frame w/document visible in an 11.5x16" opening. Official 1868 passport document for "Mrs. Harriet L. Mason" signed at conclusion by the Secretary of State in black fountain pen ink "William H Seward." Signature is lightly faded. Document has two vertical and one horizontal fold w/a less than .25" separation at left junction. Overall Fine. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA..
