19.5x22" framed w/10x12.75" opening. Candid image of FDR and Garner laughing as they appear to board a ship. Silver gelatin print boldly signed "Franklin D. Roosevelt" and "John N. Garner" on the matte surface in black fountain pen ink. Some minor surface wear under close inspection not affecting signatures. Displays Exc. Material signed by both the four term President and his first Vice President is rare and this oversized photo represents the pinnacle for display quality.
