Item Description
3.5x9" two-sided order form has nice full color image of the stage on the front and an unused order blank on reverse. Stage was for use w/Gem Clay Forming Co. premium statue sets offered as premium by Fould's, Heinz and others (see previous item). c. 1932. Stage was also a Fould's premium and was available w/three panels/cellophane packages of Fould's Egg Noodles. Three vertical folds as issued. Some lt. aging but VF overall. Rare. Comes w/7.5x9.25" center section of premium stage bkg. which is very nicely illustrated depicting jungle scene w/tropical bird, monkey and a hut. Reverse has list of the statue set and notes they were available w/three panels/cellophane packages of Fould's Egg Noodles. This is trimmed center section only and does not include fold-over sides or marquee. While only a portion, this is still one of the rarest and most sought after of all Tarzan premiums. Both are the actual examples shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
