Item Description
Steiff produced Mickey Mouse dolls in a variety of sizes during the 1930s, this one is 7.25" tall (to tips of ears). Has original string whiskers and is missing rubber tail as is typical. Also missing cardboard chest tag and metal button in ear that held fabric tag. 1/8" tear to ear from button removal. All four mother-of-pearl pants buttons are intact. Typical trace of aging most noticeable to non-black areas, however color remains strong, w/just pants exhibiting minor degrees of the fading these dolls typically feature. Underside of one foot has clear and distinct markings including "Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse." VF overall and stands nicely for display.
