Item Description
Pair of 4.5x5.25" die-cut cards w/illustration of Dick Tracy and Junior. c.1939. Cards have openings for flashlights to fit in place. Original string is attached from flashlight to 1.5" brass shield w/ "Dick Tracy Junior Secret Service" text and Tracy portrait. Shields remain attached to cards w/original staples. Cards have some handling wear w/creases and corner tip wear. Fine overall. Carded 2.75" long flashlights are red and green color varieties and both have same "Dick Tracy Secret Service" design w/Tracy portrait. Both complete as issued w/batteries. Green flashlight is held in place by metal clip that expands on back of card. Red does not have clip. Rare on card. Flashlights and shields are NM. Comes w/loose blue color variety flashlight that does not come w/battery but is o/w complete. Scattered wear/aging. Fine/VF overall.
