Item Description
Lot of six, all early 1900s by Taylor, Smith & Taylor Pottery. Two pieces w/hallmark. Lot includes Brownie Soldier bowl, plate, matching sport-themed (fencing, boxing, baseball) tea cup and saucer and 4-14/8" tall creamer and bowl. Pieces range from 1.75" tall by 3" dia. to 7" dia. and show Brownies in a variety of poses, including one being attacked by insects. Pitcher and bowl as well as plate have gold luster accents, which show scattered wear. Some lt. scattered wear to Brownie images, but not overly distracting. VF to Exc. overall. Five of the six offered here are the actual examples shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
