Item Description
10-5/8x12x1.75" deep box w/lid bearing Roy Rogers image/facsimile signature/brand contains high quality "Roy Rogers Western Suit" by J-Bar-T, 1950s. Box has three lid corner splits w/tape repairs and some creasing. Fine overall. This was one of the higher priced Western outfits produced, featuring size 12 cotton twill shirt w/embroidered detailing, rhinestone accents and metal "J-Bar-T" buttons. Illustrated Roy Rogers collar tag present. Shirt was never removed from box and is complete w/original issue tissue paper and collar cardboard in place and glossy illustrated tag is present. A few tiny pinpoint age spots but o/w NM. Matching cotton twill pants also feature metal "J-Bar-T" buttons. NM. Scarce as unused and boxed. Comes w/pair of 10.5" long by 6" wide size 8 gloves, top quality w/leather fringe and cuffs w/"Roy Rogers - Trigger" names in silver, matching horseshoe design which has metal rivet accents and plastic jewel accent. Some lt. aging, but appear unused and Exc.
