Item Description
3-7/8x6-5/8" mechanical card depicts noted silent film comedian Harold Lloyd standing before die-cut window area w/mounted cardstock disc that can be turned via wheel edge at right. When this is done, Lloyd's arm moves as if writing or erasing "Movie Crazy" film title on black board. "Movie Crazy" was Lloyd's third sound feature, released in 1932 by Paramount Pictures. Bottom has Paramount Theatre imprint. Bottom of back has salesman's sample printed information. Scattered wear along top edge. Top has scattered glue staining on back, which does not affect front's display, which remains VF overall. Rare and first we've offered in our 52 years. This is the actual example shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
