Item Description
2" dia. pentagonal ornate silvered brass case has satin finish dial w/"Red Goose Shoes" logo and "Friedman Shelby All Leather Shoes" text w/recessed second hand dial, large winder and loop. 1927. Crystal has yellowed w/age but o/w watch shows little to no wear and is running. Exc. Original leather strap has 1-1/8x1.75" oval-shaped fob w/enameled "Red Goose Shoes" logo on one side and raised "Friedman Shelby All Leather Shoes" text on the other. Fob shows some scattered aging/wear w/tiny edge dent. Fine overall. Scarce advertising watch, enhanced w/original fob. This is the actual example shown in "The Official Price Guide To Pop Culture Memorabilia" by Ted Hake and comes with COA.
