Item Description
11x15" w/stiff paper covers and 32 bw pages in comic book panel format. This is the very first comic book from Western Publishing (Whitman/Dell), No. 674, ©1934 and is based on the 1933 Columbia film "Police Car 17" starring Tim McCoy. This is the first comic book adaptation of a movie. Cover has pinch creases to spine and corner tip wear w/creases at upper right of front cover. Pages have evenly tanned w/age and remain supple. Fine overall. Overstreet Price Guide value in Fine condition is $300. Scarce.
