Whitman #717, ©1933 Walt Disney. This is the first Mickey Mouse BLB, although second cover design w/more traditional looking Mickey. Features Floyd Gottfriedson story and art. First blank page has lengthy inked inscription referring to Chicago's "The Century Of Progress" World's Fair. Cover binding remains tight, thought w/moderate corner tip wear at top/bottom of spine. Cover is VG overall. Pages have aged to dark cream in color w/.5" tear to inscription page. Pages are Fine overall. Classic BLB.
