Item Description
3-3/8x3.5" softcover BLB-style book by Whitman is follow-up to 1934's "Mickey Mouse And Minnie At Macy's" premium book. ©1935. Front cover features both Mickey and Minnie Mouse w/"Merry Christmas To You From Santa Claus At Macy's" text on back cover. In this book Mickey and Minnie are in New York City where they meet w/Tony Sarg (designer of the Disney balloons) who takes them to view the parade where they get turned into balloons along w/Donald Duck. They again meet w/Santa Claus as he unveils the Macy's Christmas window displays. Rough edge to bottom as printed. Contents moderately but evenly aged w/lt. scattered edge/corner tip wear. Cover shows moderate aging w/edge and corner tip surface paper wear and moderate aging/wear to spine. Despite these issues, book remains a tight and solid VG copy. As noted in Overstreet, this ranks #3 on the top 20 BLB and related books.
