Item Description
This 1937 ring features adjustable brass bands in the shape of a pair of cobras. They join at the top on each side of a scarab, which is finished in dark green enamel paint. Post's used this ring for two of their sponsored radio shows, aviation star Frank Hawks' "Hawk's Trail" and former FBI agent Melvin Purvis-hosted "Junior G-Men." Ring retains full bright gold luster. The scarab, quite susceptible to paint loss, has only three near microscopic air bubble holes w/paint nearly 100% complete. High grade, NM example, as nice as these come and rare as such.
