Item Description
13.5x20-3/8" artboard has pen and ink original art by Jack Kirby (inked by Dick Ayers) for page 2 of "Journey Into Mystery" #68, published by Marvel May 1961. Art is from "Spragg, Conqueror Of The Human Race!" cover story and features six panels showing American scientist investigating earthquake in Transylvania (caused by Spragg), only for villagers to angrily tell him to mind his own business. Top margin has abbreviated "J. Into Mys." title and issue/page number in red ink. Large page number in black felt tip pen at lower right margin, which has some penciled editorial notations. Artboard has some lt. handling wear, but art remains clean and Exc.
