Item Description
3.5x4-5/8" single-sided cardstock punch card has "South Village Whelan Drug" imprint and "Superman" comic book title/logo w/Summer 1944 notation. "The United States Treasury's War Savings Stamp Program" awarded one 10¢ war stamp for every 10 punches received on "Comic Savers Card" punch card. Card features 10 punches, of which only the first circle has been (double) punched. Card has lt. even age toning and paperclip mark at top left. Tiny corner crease at lower right. VF. Rare and only the third we've offered in our 52 years.
