Item Description
2" dia. metal case pocket watch. Ingersoll, 1934. Dial features great full figure images of the Three Little Pigs plus large Big Bad Wolf head w/separate animated eye that moves as seconds tick. Running. Back of case is designed like a brick wall w/large door at center w/incised text "May The Big Bad Wolf Never Come To Your Door - Walt Disney." Tiny bit of red accent paint remains, as is typical. Case has some trace wear, but retains much bright silver luster. Dial is bright and clean w/very strong color, especially to the red bkg. which was prone to fading. 7 o'clock area has tiny pinpoint hole to dial surface paper, but this is not overly distracting. Still a Fine example of this classic character timepiece.
