Item Description
Lot of three 1930s figural items featuring the Three Little Pigs. Bisque Pig figures were issued in three sizes - 2.5", 3.5" and 4.5". This is the 3.5" tall set. Original box w/lid label featuring scene of the Big Bad Wolf outside of Practical Pig's house as Three Little Pigs dance and sing inside. Marked "George Borgfeldt Corp." Label has some scattered staining at top. Box has lt. even aging and remains tight. VF. Figures have lt. trace paint wear but retain bright, clean appearance. Exc. Comes w/similar pair iridescent glazed bisque figural ashtrays w/Pigs seated at back. Pig figures are in different configurations and depicted slightly different on each. Undersides of both are stamped "Made In Japan" and bear Walt Disney copyrights. Smallest measures 3.75" wide while other is 4-5/8" wide. Scattered lt. wear but VF overall.
