Item Description
Pair of flattened boxes each 3.5x7" from the 1950s issued by Comics Novelty Candy Corp. Fronts have die-cut design and depict Ham Fisher character Humphrey Pennyworth. Perforated back panels are removable cards featuring series of famous fighters of U.S. History. These are of Robert E. Lee and Gen. John J. Pershing. Bottom flap of "Lee" box is loose but here, however one small inner flap is missing. Both could be assembled for display and missing flap would not be evident. Lee box VF, other is Exc. Scarce.
