Item Description
Pair of tin litho and painted tin drums by Ohio Art Co., 1930s. Ohio Art made several sizes of these tin drums. Both measure 6.5" dia. by 3.75" deep and features same tin litho band design w/images of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck (including image of him as Don Donald) and Pluto. Donald is also seeing banging large "Mickey Mouse" drum. Drums are color varieties; one has red rims, other has black. Both have original accent cords. Linen-like fabric drumheads show moderate to obvious wear from use, both having inked names and some scattered staining. While drumheads are technically VG, drum exteriors remain bright and glossy. Red rim drum exterior shows little to no wear and displays Exc. Black rim drum shows some scattered edge wear and spider-webbing to black paint. Fine/VF.
