Item Description
Matched pair of 5x5.75x1" deep triangular-shaped tin litho containers w/removable lids, featuring embossed images of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. Marked "W.D. Ent." Australian and from a 1930s series that also included Donald Duck, Pluto and Popeye. Mickey tin has some scattered surface wear w/some small areas of discoloration to white portions of Mickey's face. Some trace spots of bare metal showing through on raised areas w/trace oxidation at mouth. Back has thinly etched name. Fine. Minnie time shows more moderate wear and discoloration to white areas of face and gloves w/3/8" spot of oxidation to her hand. VG/Fine. Interiors of both have loss of silver luster and show some scattered wear.
