Item Description
10x11-7/8" sheet of animation paper has lead and colored pencil original art from the 1943 Donald Duck wartime cartoon "Home Defense." Art depicts Donald (from the waist up as legs were a windmilling blur) running away from his World War II listening post headset, having been startled by Huey, Dewey and Louie's model plane, thinking it is a bomber. Sheet has been stamped "Color Model - Return To Color Department" at left and has "Standard" stamp at left w/details for this scene filled out in pencil. Staple hole at top left w/some scattered corner creases and staining. Fine overall, but art remains clean and displays Exc.
